Our Story – Rollin Dog LLC

Rollin Dog LLC was built on hard work, service, and a love for great food.

We are a veteran-owned mobile food trailer based in San Antonio, Texas. After years of service, we decided to create something that brings people together — one high-quality hot dog at a time. What started as a simple idea has grown into a full mobile kitchen serving premium 100% beef franks and ¼ lb smoked sausages with bold, creative toppings you won’t find at a regular concession stand.

Every day we roll out with the same mission: serve food we’re proud of, treat every customer with respect, and deliver a fun, high-energy experience whether we’re at a construction site, a Lowe’s parking lot, a festival, or a private event.

We focus on quality ingredients, fast service, and keeping it real. No shortcuts. Just good dogs, made with care, and served with a smile.
